Designer Whey is amazingly versatile - for drinks, shakes, muffins, cereal or pancakes.
Add 1 scoop to 3-10 oz water, milk, juice, yogurt or your favorite recipe. Stir until dispersed. Drink immediately. Add more or less liquid as you like. For Best Results: Upon rising to break the muscle wrecking over-night fast: 1 scoop; Prior to workout: 1 scoop; Immediately following your workout within 30 minutes: 1 scoop; Before bed to combat the muscle wrecking fast: 1 scoop. Keep out of direct sunlight and store in a cool, dark place.
